from the start, found paper was always a favorite material of mine.
but then I discovered beeswax and the real fun began.
coating old papers with melted wax brings out the depth of the old paper, exposes dents, tears and secret messages.
sometimes the paper stands alone, and sometimes I add thread, graphite, metal….
